Membership is open to anyone with Scottish birth, descent, family, or interest. RBSM actively participates in regional Highland Games, such as Tartan Day South, by hosting an informational and hospitality tent for members and the public. With an average membership of 60–75, RBSM fosters a close-knit, family-oriented environment with activities designed for all ages. Annually, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, scholarships are awarded for piping, drumming, and Scottish dancing.
